Click the Windows "Start" menu.
2Type "DXDIAG" in the "Search" field at the bottom of the menu and press "Enter."
3Click on each of the tabs to review the information. The first tab shows your system information. Other tabs show details of your computer's display, sound devices and keyboard and mouse.
