Using the Keyboard

Position the mouse pointer anywhere on your computer's screen.
2Select by (left) clicking if necessary.
3Press the Shift and F10 keys simultaneously to right-click.
Using MouseKeys

Set up MouseKeys in the Accessibility Options control panel (if not already turned on). Use the Mouse tab in the control panel.
5Position the mouse pointer anywhere on your computer's screen.
6Press 5 on the numeric keypad to (left) click.
7Press plus sign (+) on numeric keypad to double-click.
8Press minus sign (') on numeric keypad to right-click.
