This popular website is a great place to store photos and images to share and distribute, but when you have a problem, how can you get it resolved? Before doing anything else, a good idea is to check Photobucket's FAQ site. Yeah, yeah, you already did this. But if you DIDN'T, you may want to see if your question has already been answered or if there is an easy resolution to your issue. There is a direct link to Photobucket's FAQ section down below under "Resources."
2A simple phone call might do the trick. You can call Photobucket's headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado by calling 1.720.560.2072. This might get you where you need to go.
3What about good ol' snail mail? Send Photobucket mail at either (or both) of the following addresses:
Photobucket.com LLC
POBOX 559
Broomfield, Colorado 80038-0559
-or-
Photobucket.com LLC
209 Hamilton Avenue
Palo Alto, California 94301
It may even help to address it to one of the co-founders. Alex Welch is a co-founder and the CEO, and Darren Crystal is the other co-founder and the CTO (Chief Technology Officer). Sometimes directing the mail to a particular person will get the mail opened and read.
4Still at a loss? Contact the BBB. There is a link down in the resources section to contact Photobucket through the Better Business Bureau. This link will take you directly to their BBB.org page. This might be a way to capture Photobucket's attention as a last resort.
