How to Make Bumper Stickers on Facebook

You can use any image editing program, such as Adobe Photoshop, to make an image that you can turn into a Facebook Bumper Sticker. If you don't have Photoshop and you have a PC, your computer probably has Microsoft Paint on it. To open Paint, go to start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> Paint.

Instructions

    1

After you create your image, save it on your computer in a folder where you will be able to find it again. Bumper Stickers will not allow you to upload BMP files, so be sure to save it as a JPEG or a GIF.

    2

If you don't already have the Bumper Stickers application on your Facebook profile, you will need to add it. From any page in Facebook, click on "Applications" in the bottom left corner of your screen, and then click on "Find more." This will take you to the Application Directory page. Type "Bumper Sticker" into the "Search Applications" box and hit enter. Once your search results come up, click on "Bumper Sticker" (it should be the first one listed). The Bumper Sticker page will appear. Click on the blue "Go to application" button. Or, just copy this URL into your browser: http://apps.facebook.com/bumpersticker/.

    3

From here, click on the "Upload Stickers" tab. You will get a window that asks if you want to allow Bumper Stickers to access your profile. Click "Allow." On the next screen, you will see a "Browse" button that will allow you to upload files from your computer.

    4

Browse your computer to find your image and click the blue "Upload Image" button. The next screen will give you a confirmation that your sticker has uploaded. From here, you can select a category and add up to four keywords that describe the image. This will make your Bumper Sticker show up in results when other users search for stickers, so try to pick keywords that make the most sense.

    5

To see stickers you have created, go to the "My Stickers" tab and click on "My Uploaded Stickers." Click on the image thumbnail to see your Bumper Sticker at full size. From the next page, you can add the sticker to your profile or choose friends to send it to.
