How to Give Photos a Comic Effect

Comic effects can be applied in black and white or in color to capture humor in a photograph. You can make the effect appear more or less realistic by using an image editor with cartoon or comic options. You'll find editors both on and offline with these features. You may be required to pay a subscription fee for an online editor. The completed comic can be used as an avatar or added to a document or Web page.
