Point your browser to the Google "Add URL" Web page. You can submit your URL to Google for free here.

Type the website URL in the form next to "URL." Enter the complete address for the website.

Enter a brief summary or keywords for the website you are submitting in the form next to "Comments."

Enter the characters from the security image in the box underneath the image and click "Add URL" to submit your URL to Google for free.
