AdSense is the revenue-sharing arm of Google. Through AdSense, you earn passive revenue from Google by selecting and placing ads on your website. The ads you select may be text and images. You may also select videos from YouTube. When a visitor to your site clicks on a Google ad, you earn money.

Log on to Google and type in "AdSense" in the search box. Click on "Sign Up Now" to open an account. Complete the signup form as directed and click "Submit Information.
2Go to the "AdSense for Content" section to select ads. Choose ads that relate to your site's content and therefore are likely to interest your site's visitors. Follow links on the site that allow you to choose formats and colors for your ads. A selection of ads for your site is called an "ad unit." Name and save your ad unit and click on "Submit and Get Code."
3Get the HTML AdSense Unit code. Highlight and copy the code and paste it in your web page.
