In the massively multiplayer online role-playing game "Shaiya," the main Aeria Games staff members you'll deal with are Game Masters. GMs are present to help players as needed, deal with rule breaking and behavior issues, and submit bug reports. GMs also assist in the "Shaiya" forums, answering questions and providing support. Identifying a staff member isn't difficult. Aeria Games provides account holders several methods of making certain that they're dealing with a staff member and not a volunteer or other player.

Look for blue-colored names in-game on "Shaiya." Players with blue names are Game Masters.
2Refer to the "Current GS/GM List" in the "Shaiya" forums under the General Information category. Check here regularly. This list contains the updated names and contact information for Game Masters as well as non-staff, volunteer Game Sages.
3Check the title under the name of posters on the "Shaiya" forums. A Game Master is listed under the author name above the user image.
4Look for Game Master and other Aeria Games/"Shaiya" Staff updates and announcements in the "Shaiya" forums. Click the "Search" option to the right of the "Select a forum" field above the general forums information space. Enter a keyword in the search field, such as "Game Master" or "Staff," click "Advanced Search Options," select "Shaiya" on the drop-down menu, and then click the magnifying glass to the right of the "Search" field to get results that should include updates and announcements.
5Use the Aeria Games "Contact Us" email form to identify a staff member in "Shaiya" or to ask a staff member to contact you about a question or issue. Click "Game Support" on the Contact Us Web page. Select a subcategory, enter your account name, game title, server, character name, a subject and your message and then submit your request.
