Smart Communications is the largest wireless phone company in the Phillippines. Reloading a Smart phone requires that you either add to your account online or purchase a prepaid card or voucher. The prepaid cards are available at many vendors throughout the Phillippines including at grocery stores, gas stations, and kiosks. They are available in denominations of 300 or 500 pesos. You use your mobile phone to quickly reload your Smart account in just a few moments.

Open the Electronic PIN Voucher or scratch off the protective coating on a Call and Text Card in order to locate the 14-digit PIN.
2Dial 1510 followed by your 14-digit PIN and hit "Send."
3Wait for the voice prompt to confirm your account is reloaded.
