Adding animation to your PowerPoint is a great way to customize your presentation. It is also quite useful when you wish to talk about topics one section at a time, rather than allowing your audience to read your entire PowerPoint slide while you are still talking about the first section of the slide. In order to make words appear in PowerPoint by clicking a button, simply select the text box containing the words and apply a "Preset Animation" to them.
Instructions
- 1
Open PowerPoint and load your PowerPoint presentation.
2Go to the slide that you would like to make words appear in by clicking a button.
