You may want to view your Web browser's history every so often to see the Web pages others who have used your computer have visited. This is important, especially if you have children, to make sure no one is visiting any dangerous websites. If you use the Internet Explorer Web browser, you can easily view the Web history and can even sort the history with one of several filters.

Open Internet Explorer and click the "Favorites" button. You can view your favorite pages, news feed and browsing history here.
2Click the "History" tab when the "Favorites" menu opens.
3Filter how you want to view the Web history. You can view history for the past 24 hours, the past week, the past two weeks, or the past three weeks.
4Click the arrow beside "View By Date" to view more filtering options. For example, you can view by website name or by the most frequented sites. After you select a filtering option, the history will open.
